Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs and quantified impacts
Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities across tools, processes, and experiences
Create and maintain product roadmaps that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact
Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product development and launch
Own the delivery of the features / initiative on the roadmap, escalating issues and blockers that arise during development, driving updates and expectations management with stakeholders and participating / leading the ceremonies as part of our product development life cycle
Track impact / ROI by defining KPIs to evaluate product success and inform future decisions
Work with marketing and sales to develop launch plans that resonate with target users and drive adoption
Oversee products from ideation through development, launch, growth, and eventual sunset if needed
Advocate for intuitive, delightful, and accessible product experiences by partnering with user experience, conducting user research & surveys and driving rapid prototyping feedback sessions with the people using your products
Continuously refine products based on feedback, performance data, and market trends to stay competitive
You may also lead or partner with an Associate Product Manager if the scope of the role and/or product area warrant it

Required

Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or business-related field, or equivalent education, training and relevant work experience
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch
Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices
Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean)
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
Ability to synthesize customer insights, market data, and business goals into actionable product strategies
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms
Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes
Passion for solving customer problems and delivering high-impact solutions
