They are currently seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated Full Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day accounting functions and support the financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities
Perform full-charge bookkeeping duties, including:
Accounts payable and vendor payments
Accounts receivable, invoices, and collections
Bank and credit card reconciliations
General ledger maintenance and journal entries
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies
Use Excel for reconciliations, reports, tracking, and analysis
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain organized accounting documentation and support audits as needed
Work closely with management to provide accurate financial information and reporting
Assist with office-related administrative tasks, including purchasing office supplies and coordinating vendors
Learn and adapt to company accounting systems and internal processes
Support the NetSuite ERP system (experience preferred but not required)
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
Strong understanding of general accounting principles and full accounting cycles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
High school diploma required
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite or other ERP/accounting software is a plus
Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or business is a plus
