Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead projects from conceptual phase through engineering, procurement, construction, and closeout

Manage multiple concurrent overhead transmission and substation projects (34.5kV–500kV)

Work with technical teams to identify interdependencies and establish construction sequencing

Maintain detailed project financials and schedules with support from project controls teams

Implement standardized project management lifecycle processes

Serve as the primary point of contact with the client for coordination, planning, scope management, and budgeting

Oversee project activities including permitting, environmental, estimating, engineering, procurement, constructability reviews, material management, and construction management

Lead project teams to deliver scope safely, on schedule, and within budget

ABET-accredited Engineering degreeTransmission & Distribution experienceProject planningSchedulingEPC experienceCommunication skills

Required

ABET-accredited Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical)

Minimum 4+ years of engineering design experience (non-internship)

Direct Transmission & Distribution (T&D) project experience

Project planning, scheduling, and scope management from project start to completion

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in EPC, utility, oil & gas, or refinery environments

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university

Minimum 4+ years of detailed engineering design experience (required)

Staff-level project engineering experience

Ability to work 100% onsite in Chesterfield, MO

Eligible for 9/80 work schedule

Preferred

5+ years of relevant T&D experience preferred
