Responsibilities
Lead roadway design projects from concept through construction support
Apply GDOT design standards and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local requirements
Coordinate cross-discipline design and QA/QC reviews
Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Support project development from marketing through closeout
Collaborate with internal teams, subconsultants, GDOT, and local agencies
Mentor and provide technical guidance to staff
Communicate design solutions clearly, both written and verbal
Represent the firm professionally with clients and partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field
Georgia PE registration required
6–10 years of roadway engineering experience
Knowledge of GDOT, Green Book, MUTCD, FHWA standards
Proficient in MS Office; MicroStation/Open Roads or AutoCAD
