Responsibilities
Research and interpret investor and mortgage insurance company product parameters to develop and refine product documentation that is clear, concise, and consistently formatted
Create internal product announcements and implement changes or clarifications to product requirements, maintaining a comprehensive record of updates by product group
Develop reference guides and tools to support product-related business needs
Communicate product requirement changes and new product features to internal teams for system support and development
Create marketing materials to promote new and existing products and features
Participate in product gap assessments to identify and address business needs
Coordinate resolution of product-related issues across departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment
Plan and lead training sessions focused on the background, impact, and rationale for product changes and new launches
Support compliance efforts by helping prioritize product-related activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Serve as a subject matter expert on pricing, products, and industry developments
Qualification
Required
Minimum High School Diploma Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field highly preferred
2+ years of experience in product development, business analysis, or a similar role
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Canva and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Familiarity with mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
