Responsibilities

Supporting the lead systems engineer with schedule development
Identifying and planning tasks for supporting working groups
Participating in those groups to maintain situational awareness and cohesion among stakeholders
Collaborating closely with Technical Program Managers, project engineers, allied partners, technical warrant holders, safety engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment across all technical and programmatic activities

Qualification

Submarine operations experienceDrafting schedulesProject Management Professional (PMP)Proficiency with scheduling toolsCommunication skillsCollaboration skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical field. Submarine operations experience can be substituted for a technical degree
5-10 years submarine experience, or experience with subsystems and/or operations
Strong knowledge of submarines and submarine operations
Ability to draft schedules, program plans, and milestone presentations for multinational teams
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Proven ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams

Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proficiency with scheduling tools for developing and maintaining program schedules
Strong ability to build and foster relationships across diverse technical and programmatic stakeholders
