Part-Time IT Instructor - DOL GAINS Grant
New Jersey Institute of Technology is seeking an experienced technical instructor for a grant-funded role in their Learning and Development division. The position involves instructing non-degree apprentices in various IT subjects and completing necessary documentation for compliance.

Responsibilities
Instruct non-degree apprentices in fundamentals of networking, introduction to computer science, CompTIA, Microsoft Administrator on an hourly basis
Complete documentation for compliance purposes
Host office hours evenings and weekends
Administer coursework through LMS
Qualification
Required
High school diploma and evidence of post-secondary studies (college credits) towards a degree in business management, accounting, finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a comparable position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive Suite Products, and/or compatible applications
Strong oral and written communication, as well as problem-solving skills
At the university's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be exempted where the candidate can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the university, an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position
Preferred
Associate's Degree
Minimum of one to two years' experience, preferably in a higher education environment
Experience with financial databases and computerized accounting systems such as Banner
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, work in teams, and adapt to change
