Responsibilities

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and data issues independently

Use monitoring tools like Azure Application Insights to identify performance bottlenecks

Design and implement processes to reduce downtime and optimize system/server load

Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to user stories, and support CI/CD pipelines

Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and manage large datasets

Collaborate with teams to support development, deployment, and system enhancements

Strong analytical skills

Experience with monitoring tools

Ability to manage high-load conditions effectively

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and data issues independently

Use monitoring tools like Azure Application Insights to identify performance bottlenecks

Design and implement processes to reduce downtime and optimize system/server load

Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to user stories, and support CI/CD pipelines

Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and manage large datasets

Collaborate with teams to support development, deployment, and system enhancements

Development / Platforms: Microsoft Web Forms, .NET Core, C#, Angular (components & TypeScript), Azure DevOps (ADO), Azure Data Factory, ORM frameworks (Entity Framework/Dapper)

SQL Server: T-SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, functions), query optimization, performance tuning, Change Data Capture (CDC)

SDLC / Delivery: Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, CI/CD with Azure DevOps (Gitflow, pull requests)

Systems Analysis / Observability: SQL analysis tools, Azure Application Insights

Hands-on problem solver with strong technical troubleshooting skills

Able to work independently and adapt quickly to business processes

Experienced in application support, monitoring, and performance optimization
