Responsibilities
Generate and customize lentiviral libraries for functional genomics studies
Maintain extensive cell culture systems, including primary immune cells and cell lines
Produce edited cell pools using lentiviral transduction and arrayed electroporation
Develop, modify, and optimize protocols across diverse cell types and large-scale applications
Generate and process single-cell data using commercial platforms, including 10x Genomics
Support multiple research projects in collaboration with cross-functional experimental teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Immunology, or a related scientific field
3+ years of relevant hands-on laboratory experience
3+ years of experience with standard cell culture techniques
Hands-on experience with primary immune cell isolation, handling, and stimulation
Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, including: Lentiviral infection, qPCR, Western blotting, Flow cytometry
Preferred
Experience with pooled CRISPR screening in immune cells
Hands-on exposure to CRISPRi, CRISPRa, or other in vitro gene-editing technologies
