Junior Lead Generation & Business Development Specialist
Bonfiglioli Consulting USA is a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in assisting Italian clients in establishing and expanding their businesses in the United States. They are seeking a motivated Junior Lead Generation & Business Development Specialist to support project teams in identifying and developing new business opportunities across target markets, involving market research and outreach execution.
Responsibilities
Participate in project kick-off meetings and gather key requirements from clients
Develop short lists and long lists of target companies within defined industries
Research industry trade shows and market opportunities to support business development efforts
Identify key decision makers inside target organizations
Research and input contact information into project databases
Use CRM and sales enablement tools to:
Build and update prospect lists
Launch and monitor outreach campaigns
Manage email sequences and follow-ups
Conduct direct outreach to prospects via email and phone
Handle responses, manage RFQs, and coordinate virtual meetings with prospective clients
Maintain accurate records, notes, and status updates in project databases
Assist in preparing periodic reports and participate in client review meetings
Continuously expand prospect lists and refresh market research as projects progress
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and office productivity tools
Familiarity with CRM platforms and outbound prospecting tools
Excellent online research abilities and comfort analyzing market information
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Self-starter with a strong willingness to learn
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Problem-solving mindset and results-oriented attitude
Preferred
Internship or brief experience in sales, marketing, business development, or lead generation preferred
