Customer Success Specialist

They are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to grow their customer base, nurture leads, and enhance the overall consumer experience through effective communication and collaboration with various partners.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for expanding Newzip’s customer base by initiating the first outreach with potential customers in 'real-time'
Develop and maintain an ongoing professional relationship with new and existing leads, customers, mortgage partners, and real estate partners
Communicate with leads, customers, and partners on a regular basis via call, text, and email
Present Newzip’s value proposition to leads
Ensure a successful 'handshake' takes place between buyers/sellers and real estate agents to create 'stickiness'
Manage and report on lead and sales pipelines
Collaborate with customer support and development teams
Implement new experience strategies and tactics
Facilitate communication as needed between agents and buyers/sellers
Have a direct and immediate impact on the success of Newzip
Perform other duties as needed

Required

2+ years experience in an inside sales role or as a real estate agent
Experience with cold calling
Comfortable in a competitive, high-performance, target driven environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving targets and driving results
Results-oriented, detail-oriented, and precise
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Growth mindset - someone who is ready to take on a role in an early-stage startup and grow with the company
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

Experience working with call centers a plus
Interest in customer service and support
Experience with CRM systems (i.e HubSpot, Salesforce)
Real estate experience a plus
Real estate license a plus
Startup experience a plus
