Manage complex AR processes including progress billings, retainage, and lien waivers
Prepare and review accurate construction invoices per contract terms
Lead collections efforts and resolve billing or payment discrepancies
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
Monitor aging reports and support cash flow forecasting
Ensure compliance with construction contracts and industry regulations
Assist with month-end close and AR reporting
Qualification
Required
