Qualification
Required
Deep familiarity with popular fandoms in anime, manga, webcomics, video games, tv
Taste and judgment to identify what stories would be popular based on trends in pop culture
Available to work 2-3 hours a day, 6 to 7 days a week, including at least 1 day each weekend
Fanfiction writing experience and can coach fanfiction writers
An efficient and hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Comfortable juggling many things at once (~20 authors at a given time) with high attention to detail
