Recruit and onboard good authors
Review and approve Glimmer story pitches
Teach and help authors through the Glimmer writing process
Provide writing feedback to authors
Qualification
Required
Deep familiarity with fandom
Experience writing fanfiction
Fast, efficient worker who thrives in a high-pressure environment
Available to work 2-3 hours a day, 6 to 7 days a week, including at least 1 day each weekend
Deeply familiar with popular fandoms in anime, manga, webcomics, video games, tv
Has taste and judgment to identify what stories would be popular based on trends in pop culture
Has fanfiction writing experience and can coach fanfiction writers
An efficient and hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Comfortable juggling many things at once (~20 authors at a given time) with high attention to detail
