Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support Power BI reports and dashboards using industry best practices
Publish and manage dashboards in Power BI Service to enable collaboration and sharing
Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and user experience
Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive visualizations
Create and manage metrics, measures, and calculations using DAX and Power BI functions
Consolidate and aggregate data from multiple sources to support reporting needs
Schedule dataset refreshes and configure alerts and proactive notifications
Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve data quality issues
Educate report users on Power BI capabilities, best practices, and proper report usage
Support Power BI governance, security, and access management standards
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business users
Proven expertise in Power BI Service, including report publishing and sharing
Advanced knowledge of Power Query and DAX
Experience handling data quality issues and ensuring reliable reporting
Ability to guide and train report requestors and end users on Power BI best practices
Familiarity with Power BI governance, security, and data access controls
High School Diploma or GED required
