NBT Bank is offering an internship opportunity for currently enrolled college students interested in the talent acquisition field. Interns will gain practical experience and contribute to various HR and Talent Acquisition projects, while learning from experienced professionals.

Partner and participate in HR and Talent Acquisition projects

Assist with Applicant phone interviews and scheduling manager interviews

Learn the Offer and negotiation process, process background checks

Partner and build relationships cross divisionally

Assist with employee onboarding and orientation

Support employee development Programs

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field Human Resources, or Business Administration

Strong academic record, minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred

Prior work and volunteer experience desired

Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take on challenges

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, accounting software, Workday, etc. with the ability to create spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and Word documents

Demonstrated collaboration skills

Travel within or between locations

Valid driver's license

Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers

Stationary 75% of time or greater

Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
