The AI Engineer will focus on building and optimizing marketing and operational automations for both internal processes and client projects, working directly with the CEO and core team to enhance growth systems using no-code platforms.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Build automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, Pabbly, or similar tools
Connect platforms like LinkedIn, Airtable, WhatsApp, Email, Notion, Calendly, CRM, etc
Assist in developing lead generation pipelines and outreach automation
Create and optimize CRM systems for clients and internal teams
Maintain and update automation databases (Airtable / Google Sheets / Notion)
Document automation systems and processes for future onboarding
Troubleshoot and fix automation errors, breakdowns, and integration conflicts
Work with international clients on automation and workflow requirements
Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to support automation needs

Required

Basic understanding of automation or no-code tools (Make/Zapier preferred)
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
Curiosity to learn new tools and experiment with solution-building
Ability to work independently and manage tasks responsibly

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, Airtable, or Notion (not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of APIs & integrations is a plus (not necessary to apply)
Portfolio or sample tasks are not compulsory but preferred
