Manage candidate flow and keep hiring pipelines organized

Communicate regularly with hiring managers about open positions

Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and documentation protocols

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

Report on recruiting metrics and hiring activity

Represent the company with professionalism in the community and at hiring events

Familiar with sourcing platforms, job boards, and social media recruiting tactics

Comfortable conducting various interview formats (phone, in-person, competency-based)

Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
