Director/ExecutiveThe iLUKA Collective is seeking a Production Director to oversee the onsite delivery of brand experiences at a major sporting event in 2026. The role involves managing project delivery, budget development, and coordinating logistics to ensure a seamless guest experience across various branding touchpoints.

Responsibilities
Work with the Head of Production and the Project Director, Production to design and deliver hospitality suites, aspects of FB and brand experiences during the event
Plan and manage all elements of project delivery from a branding perspective including space, overlay, entertainment and FB design, production and purchasing, build/fit-out planning and decommissioning including liaison with local OC where necessary
Responsible for budget development, monitoring and reconciliation
Organise build schedule and onsite fit-out delivery to the sponsor sites within hotels and other venues
Assist with the preparation of all final project documents/presentations and mood boards for client sign off
Source furniture, fittings and equipment and manage delivery of suppliers to ensure excellent levels of delivery while maintaining profitability
Liaising with Head of Logistics help arrange all trucking and logistics into and out of the hotels and various venues
Organise and manage crew for the fit out and strike of multiple venues being setup simultaneously
Qualification
Required
Fluent in English
Experience in venue fit out at events and within hotels
Experience in Event Production
Experience at managing client and supplier relationships
Excellent IT skills
Excellent stakeholder skills
Transport and Logistics experience
Management Skills
High energy, comfortable working potentially long hours in a demanding but rewarding and friendly environment
Flexible, enthusiastic, confident, outgoing
Willing to roll sleeves up and get involved
Passionate about sport, hospitality and delivery
Able to work in a calm, kind and professional manner in a pressured environment
Ability to prioritise a demanding workload
