Qualification
Required
Strong legal research, case analysis, and drafting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Current and active Virginia Bar License
Commitment to professionalism, client service, and collaboration
Ability to handle multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines
Preferred
Prior experience in litigation or relevant practice areas is preferred
