Project Coordinator
Real Floors Commercial, Inc. is a leading flooring contractor specializing in high quality flooring finishes. The Project Coordinator role is essential for managing project data and workflows, ensuring smooth operations and profitability of new construction projects.

Responsibilities
Manage project data and workflows using RFMS, including Order Entry, Inventory, and Scheduling modules
Support weekly project production meetings and handle follow-up documentation
Prepare project submittals, order samples, and maintain accurate project records
Coordinate material procurement, inventory tracking, and warehouse pick tickets
Assign labor crews and coordinate rental equipment as directed
Support project logistics, shipments, and additional tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through
Clear, professional communication skills
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred
Construction experience preferred; flooring and RFMS experience are strong pluses
