Responsibilities

Set up, calibrate, transport, and operate agricultural equipment safely in customers’ fields

Assist with routine maintenance and safety checks on trucks, tractors, tanks, and ag equipment

Move and install fertilizer tanks using proper materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), and safety protocols following manager’s direction

Maintain a clean, organized facility and comply with all company and legal operating standards

Assist with responding to customer questions and escalate issues to management as needed

Represent Wilbur-Ellis professionally and build strong relationships with growers and team members
