Responsibilities

Partner with Product and Design to shape roadmap and execution for high-impact web features
Lead architecture and technical decision-making for scalable, reliable web systems

Required

4+ years of experience in engineering management roles

Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience hiring and scaling engineering teams
Comfort operating in startup or growth-stage environments with ambiguity and pace
First-principles thinker with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and delivery
