Technical Consultant
Crunchtime is seeking a talented and versatile full-time Professional Services Technical Consultant to join their dynamic team. The role involves creating tailored integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between Crunchtime's core product suite and various third-party applications, while engaging directly with clients to understand their needs.

Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Tailored Solutions: Design, build, test, and support robust integration solutions that meet specific customer business requirements
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Professional Services, Product Development, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success, to define scope, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality integrations
Customer Engagement: Serve in a customer-facing role, collaborating directly with clients to understand their needs and tailor integration solutions effectively
Requirements Translation: Translate functional business requirements into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans
Documentation and Communication: Maintain clear and concise documentation for all integration processes and tailor communication appropriately for both technical and non-technical audiences
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support for existing integrations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing timely resolutions
API Management: Utilize REST and SOAP APIs effectively to facilitate data exchange between systems
Qualification
Required
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field
2+ years of experience with Snowflake development, including stored procedures and functions
2+ years of Javascript development experience
Intermediate understanding of Python
Proficient in working with REST and SOAP APIs
Experience using development and project management tools such as GitHub, Postman, Jira, and Snowsight
2+ years of experience operating in a customer-facing role (e.g., support analyst, technical consultant)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical details simply
Methodical, organized, and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Preferred
Experience with restaurant technology, specifically point-of-sale (POS) systems
Experience with Coalesce.io
Experience with deployment pipeline automation
