Midcontinent is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will drive financial planning and analysis activities to support informed decision-making and strategic execution. The role involves building financial models, creating reports, and contributing to financial reporting while partnering with various departments to complete key projects.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and improve 10-year financial model to analyze performance, evaluate scenarios, and support business decisions

Create reports and perform system maintenance of our corporate performance software, Prophix

Support annual budget and monthly forecast process as needed

Contribute to the timely preparation of internal and external financial reporting related to the financial planning and analysis function, including, internal monthly financial package, quarterly lender compliance reporting, and other financial reporting related matters as they arise

Identify and recommend enhancements to existing financial processes and systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

Prepare ad hoc analysis to facilitate decision making and planning and other project support as needed

Partner with other departments to complete key projects and strategic initiatives

Assist management with preparing presentations, graphs, charts and other ad hoc requests for monthly board and leadership meetings.Model Midco’s mission, vision, values, and Leadership Success Drivers.Ensure customer privacy by adhering to Midco’s privacy guidelines while actively following Midco policies and procedures

Maintain reliable and predictable attendance as required by the position
