Responsibilities

Lead intake and create Individualized Success Plans for participants
Offer one-on-one career coaching, resume prep, and job readiness support
Connect participants with vital services (childcare, housing, transportation, digital access)
Partner with employers, unions, and training programs to unlock job opportunities
Track progress and report outcomes for program accountability

Qualification

Case managementWorkforce developmentCareer navigationCoaching skillsBilingual (English/Spanish)

Required

Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, education, workforce development, or equivalent experience
3+ years' experience in case management, workforce development, or career navigation
Knowledge of barriers faced by opportunity youth, returning citizens, and underrepresented workers
Familiarity with WIOA programs and/or systems of social support
Strong coaching, communication, and advocacy skills

Preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
