Responsibilities

Develop intuitive, self-service dashboards and analytics for McKesson’s private label biosimilars, empowering stakeholders to monitor business objectives, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions

Support monitoring and analysis of competitive intelligence including reimbursement levels, other biosimilar manufacturers, acute care GPOs, and provider activity

Implement AI agents that proactively analyze workflows and transactional data to uncover untapped revenue and margin improvement opportunities—accelerating adoption, growth and profitability

Establish scalable AI foundation in partnership and execute on an enterprise-grade AI platform to enable advanced capabilities such as anomaly detection, inventory optimization, and service-level forecasting—laying the groundwork for long-term automation and efficiency

Create robust tools and reporting capabilities to strengthen FLW (Full Line Wholesale) Passport and Injectables workflow, improving operational transparency, reducing manual effort, and enabling faster, more informed actions

Collaborate in knowledge sharing and best practices, and provide backup support for analytics team as needed

Required

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

7+ years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ years in AI/automation solution deployment or technical enablement roles

Strong proficiency in data architecture and engineering, building scalable cloud-based data infrastructure, harmonized data assets, and AI-driven analytics solutions

Proficient in Power BI for dashboard development and visualization

Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic/AI workflow platforms

Skilled in designing and implementing automation solutions

Proficient in SQL, API integration, and strong foundation in software engineering principles

Excellent ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
