Growth Marketing Contractor
Heard is on a mission to simplify the management of private practices for therapists. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Contractor to lead their growth efforts by managing paid acquisition strategies, enhancing organic visibility, and improving conversion rates.

Responsibilities
Manage paid search and paid social spend, continuously testing creative and optimizing bids to hit MQL goals
Launch and evaluate new paid channels, including YouTube and TikTok
Plan and execute brand-led campaigns in partnership with Product Marketing across paid social and YouTube
Own and execute against the SEO and AEO roadmap, tracking progress and identifying new opportunities
Track weekly budget and funnel performance and design experiments to address drop-offs
Lead CRO efforts and run experiments to improve conversion across the funnel
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing paid search and paid social spend
Ability to continuously test creative and optimize bids to hit MQL goals
Experience launching and evaluating new paid channels, including YouTube and TikTok
Ability to plan and execute brand-led campaigns in partnership with Product Marketing across paid social and YouTube
Ownership and execution against the SEO and AEO roadmap, tracking progress and identifying new opportunities
Experience tracking weekly budget and funnel performance and designing experiments to address drop-offs
Ability to lead CRO efforts and run experiments to improve conversion across the funnel
Comfortable working in data and using it to inform decisions, tradeoffs, and prioritization
Enjoy experimenting across channels, creative, and experiences, and learning quickly from what works and what does not
Ability to think deeply about audience mindset, especially uncertainty, trust, and motivation, and how that shows up across the funnel
Balance quantitative insight with qualitative understanding, including feedback from sales conversations and real therapist behavior
Comfortable running experiments that succeed and experiments that fail, and know how to use both to move the business forward
Work confidently in data and own reporting, using it to evaluate performance, surface insights, and guide decisions
Experience partnering closely with other teams, including sales, content, and product, to improve outcomes across the full funnel
Ability to translate audience mindset into messaging, creative, and experiences that build trust and reduce friction
Strong pulse on the current state of marketing and how it is changing, especially across social, search, and answer-driven discovery
