Responsibilities
Designing holistic Dayforce solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Benefits, and Talent
Defining integration strategies between Dayforce and systems such as ERP, finance, identity management, and benefits vendors
Providing architectural governance to ensure scalability, performance, and compliance
Leading technical discovery sessions and translating business strategy into system blueprints
Advising on best practices for security roles, data flows, and environment management
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Dayforce or comparable enterprise HCM architecture
Strong knowledge of APIs, data models, SSO, and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato)
Experience leading large, multi-country or multi-entity implementations
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide technical decision-making
Strategic thinker with hands-on technical credibility
