In this role, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, lead trainings, and partner with corporate leaders to ensure measurable value from SalesMail.
Responsibilities
Manage and support a portfolio of mid and enterprise-tier client accounts
Lead group and 1:1 client trainings on why SalesMail videos build trust and connection, and how to use the mobile app and portal to record and send videos that drive results
Inspire and motivate users to adopt and utilize SalesMail, helping them realize the full potential of the product
Partner with corporate leaders to help clients get measurable value from SalesMail
Perform quarterly business reviews
Track client engagement and follow up using CRM tools
Provide timely, thoughtful support and troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
