Responsibilities

Work with the QA Team to code automated testing solutions designed to validate various software applications developed by Reynolds and Reynolds

Create automated test strategies and implement tests

Ensure continuous improvement in the software development process by applying software engineering best practices

Work cross-functionally with product owners, developers, and designers to understand requirements and identify potential issues early

Support rapid test development

Follow industry standard application testing techniques and practices

Analyze automated test results and reports

Report issues identified to the engineering team and follow-up with the QA team regarding their resolution

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience

Experience with Selenium Webdriver, Appium, or similar tools

Experience with issue tracking tools such as Jira
