Assist in the sales process and look for upsell opportunities while managing current accounts

Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts

Interact with customers and contribute as part of a team towards a common goal

Required

Demonstrated success working with customers

Inventory sales/order systems experience

Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply

Inside sales / customer service experience is a must

Good computer skills

Preferred

Waterworks experience is a plus
