Responsibilities
Design and develop ETL solutions in a Data Warehouse environment
Work on multiple projects concurrently, taking ownership and pride in the work
Collaborate with near shore and offshore teammates in a matrix environment
Coordinate with support teams like L2, development, testing, and up/down stream partners
Work with Business Analysts to understand requirements and address real-time production issues
Propose technical solutions to business problems in collaboration with the Information Architecture team
Identify gaps in technology and propose viable solutions
Ensure adherence to defined processes, quality standards, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of project life cycle, Data Warehousing, Dimensional Data Modeling
Expert knowledge in Oracle/Exadata and Oracle SQL/PLSQL
Experience in ETL processing concepts and handling large data volume and performance tuning
Experience or exposure to large financial organizations
Proficiency in Hadoop, Informatica, and Teradata
Preferred
Strong leadership, communication, writing, and relationship skills across varied levels of influence
Ability to design the system with minimal direction or guidance
Excellent analytical and logical skills
Self-starter with thought leadership
Ability to collaborate with both technology and business associates to implement solutions
Ability to multitask and work independently
