Responsibilities

Requirement gathering: Work with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional NetSuite solutions

System configuration: Configure NetSuite to align with client business processes, including financial workflows, general ledger, and reporting

Implementation and deployment: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including data migration from legacy systems

Optimization and support: Provide ongoing support and strategic guidance to optimize system performance and user adoption

Process improvement: Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements and best practices within NetSuite

Training and documentation: Train end-users and create necessary documentation for the system

Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues that arise during and after implementation
