Responsibilities

Manage electronic billing submissions across multiple client e-billing platforms
Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and outside counsel requirements
Review and resolve invoice rejections, including coordinating corrections and resubmissions
Serve as a point of contact for e-billing-related inquiries from lawyers, clients, and vendors
Prepare reporting related to electronic billing submissions, rejections, and trends
Support client onboarding and ongoing maintenance of e-billing systems
Assist with billing-related projects and initiatives as needed

Required

3+ years of law firm billing and e-billing experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate professionally and work effectively with lawyers and staff

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
Familiarity with Aderant or Elite billing systems is a plus; training will be provided
