Responsibilities
Join Ambulatory Anesthesia Care – Midwest, a physician-led group redefining anesthesia through a modern office-based model that prioritizes clinical excellence, autonomy, and true work-life balance
Consistent, predictable schedules – no nights, no call, no weekends
True clinical autonomy – typically 3 procedure days/week with 8–10 cases/day
Office-based model with excellent safety outcomes and patient satisfaction
Long-term stability – established contracts with the option to grow
Turnkey operations – we handle staffing, medications, equipment, and logistics
Strong provider retention & low turnover – our clinicians stay because they love it here
Culture of trust and respect between physicians, staff, and patients
Active Illinois license (or willingness to obtain)
Prior office-based or ASC experience preferred
Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
