Customer Experience Coordinator
The Sycamore Group is a fast-growing hearing care practice located in Denver, Colorado, seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator. This role focuses on helping customers navigate the hearing aid process through education, relationship building, and appointment scheduling, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Responsibilities
Call and text warm inbound leads (people who already showed interest)
Learn about the customer’s hearing situation, lifestyle, and concerns
Educate customers on hearing aid options and expectations as well as pricing, insurance and financing options
Build trust through empathy, professionalism, and confident communication
Follow up consistently (calls, texts, email) to keep customers moving forward
Qualify customers as a good fit for an in-person visit, demo, or trial
Schedule appointments and reduce no-shows through proactive confirmation
Track conversations and next steps in our CRM (clean notes, great follow-up)
Qualification
Required
Confident on the phone
Ability to educate customers on hearing aid options and expectations
Ability to build trust through empathy, professionalism, and confident communication
Ability to follow up consistently (calls, texts, email)
Ability to qualify customers as a good fit for an in-person visit, demo, or trial
Ability to schedule appointments and reduce no-shows through proactive confirmation
Ability to track conversations and next steps in a CRM
