Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support IAM solutions to ensure secure and seamless access across the organization

Manage and optimize Azure Active Directory and related authentication/authorization services

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ for provisioning, governance, and lifecycle management

Administer Ping Identity solutions (PingFederate, PingAccess, etc.) to support SSO and federation services

Support and maintain SharePoint access controls and integrations with IAM systems

Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to define IAM requirements and implement solutions that align with company policies and compliance needs

Monitor IAM systems, perform regular audits, and remediate access issues

Stay current on IAM best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and security posture

Qualification

Azure Active DirectorySailPoint IdentityNowPing IdentityAuthentication protocolsProblem-solving skillsCommunication skills

Required

7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management engineering or administration

Strong working knowledge of Azure Active Directory (policies, MFA, conditional access, etc.)

Hands-on experience with SailPoint(IdentityNow or IdentityIQ)

Experience with Ping Identity platforms (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingID, etc.)

Familiarity with SharePoint access and permissioning

Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, etc.)

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach

Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Exposure to cloud security concepts and other IAM tools

Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO, etc.)

Familiarity with email systems and their role in identity processes
