Responsibilities

Collect workforce data relevant to business case analysis and assessments, including but not limited to human resources data (headcounts, vacancies, retirement/attrition, recruiting, skills), financial data (cost, budget), and interview/survey data

Perform maturity assessments and analysis for each organization and make recommendations for business cases

Map end-to-end processes for current and future state HR processes using Visio or similar technology

Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and redundancies, and make recommendations and proposals for process improvements

Draft analytical work products, such as business case analysis and process flows, to support customers with workforce strategy and planning

Collaborate with government stakeholders and the contractor team to collect and analyze data, respond to ad hoc requests

Work with data model team to implement findings and recommendations into an integrated data model

Communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
