Control & Reporting Analyst (Financial Reporting)

The Control & Reporting Analyst in Financial Reporting is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial accounts and banking processes, while also collaborating with various teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Responsibilities
The Analyst performs general ledger account reconciliations, investigates banking discrepancies, and manages various government reporting responsibilities
This role works closely with the financial reporting and accounts payable groups to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting
The Analyst role is also responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements, as well as the implementation of new business analytic tools
In addition, this role ensures compliance with SOX and PepsiCo accounting policies
Qualification
Required
1 - 2 years of accounting experience
Bachelor's degree or greater
CPA
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to adapt quickly & maintain flexibility with regard to ad-hoc projects, revisions to areas of responsibility and organizational change
This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
Preferred
SAP experience preferred
Benefits
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
