Responsibilities
Complete apartment repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
Respond quickly to service requests & emergencies
Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
Qualification
Required
HVAC experience required; EPA certification required
Prior apartment/multifamily maintenance experience
Tools, reliable transportation, and on-call availability
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks
Preferred
Bilingual a plus but not required
