Monte Carlo is a leading company in the data and AI sector, helping prestigious organizations achieve reliable data solutions. They are seeking a Director of Strategic Sales to lead their sales organization on the East Coast, focusing on new logo acquisition and expansion within major enterprises.

Responsibilities
Hire, develop, and lead a team of Strategic Account Executives while building a high-performance, engaged sales culture
Define and operationalize situational sales plays and repeatable processes to land net-new logos, expand usage, and drive consistent execution
Own pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting, identifying opportunities to improve process, efficiency, and productivity
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience leading enterprise or strategic sales teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments, ideally within data-driven industries
10+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in complex software, with a strong track record of winning enterprise and strategic deals
Demonstrated success in forecasting, territory planning, account mapping, and leading discovery for high-value accounts
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience partnering closely with Customer Success to drive adoption, usage expansion, and strong customer sentiment
