Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and messages from customers, addressing billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations
Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience
Maintain a thorough understanding of GEICO’s insurance products to effectively assist customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling
Make a real difference by resolving issues and enhancing customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
A passion for providing outstanding customer service
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Adaptability and attention to detail in a dynamic environment
2+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
Active Personal Lines Insurance license
High School Diploma required
Ability to prioritize and multi-task, while navigating through multiple business applications
Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred
College degree (2-4 year) preferred
Experience managing or supporting multi-line product portfolios is preferred
