Qualification
Required
2-8 years of defense litigation experience
Experience in different practice areas - general liability, product liability, commercial litigation, personal injury, and construction law
Experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions
Process-oriented mindset, with proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, oral advocacy, writing skills, and motivation
Strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the State of CA
