Responsibilities

Lead strategic project execution and guide the process engineering team to meet design deliverables within time, budget, safety, and environmental parameters

Identify and resolve technical production problems in collaboration with operations and technical teams

Create project justifications and commercialization plans, including ROI analysis

Develop project cost, staffing, and monitoring plans using sound project management practices

Initiate and complete MOCs, lead PHAs and PSSRs, and develop operating procedures

Provide specialized technical support to operations, maintenance, and performance teams

Evaluate and recommend solutions to meet production specifications and environmental/safety requirements

Define performance expectations, assign work, provide feedback, and reinforce safety standards

Review and ensure compliance with environmental permits and safety regulations
