Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers to define product requirements and design solutions that meet user needs and business goals
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Leverage user research, usability testing, and data to inform design decisions and validate assumptions
Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
Prepare design assets and specifications for development handoff
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in product design
Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)
Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
Experience designing for web and/or mobile applications
Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly
Strong attention to detail and visual design skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions
Experience working closely and effectively with product managers, engineers and other cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
