Entry, Mid LevelLargeton Group is currently hiring for a Field Service Engineer position. The Field Service Engineer will provide onsite repairs, installation, troubleshooting, and customer technical training throughout the US, along with remote technical support.

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, professional customer service
Diagnose machine issues using visual clues, software tools, and diagnostic equipment
Troubleshoot using electrical/electronic knowledge
Collaborate with applications, sales, and customer service teams
Submit detailed and organized service reports
Assist in creating/updating technical documentation
Work independently while following all safety standards
Lift up to 70 lbs without assistance
Diagnose and resolve system issues onsite or remotely
Train customers on operation, applications, and maintenance
Install and configure hardware/software upgrades
Create designs or graphics using CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator
Perform additional duties as required
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service focus
Self-starter with excellent listening and communication skills
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
Ability to read electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficient computer skills
Knowledge of CO2 and/or fiber laser systems
Experience with graphic/CAD/CAM tools (CorelDraw, Illustrator, AutoCAD, AlphaCAM, MasterCAM, etc.)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Ability to respond quickly to support calls/emails
Associate degree or technical school background in Engineering or related field
Experience with software, electronics, wiring, mechanics, or digital circuits
Strong interpersonal skills and professional customer interaction
Must have a clean and valid driver's license
Preferred
Salesforce experience is a plus
