Responsibilities
Configuring Dayforce Payroll including earnings, deductions, taxes, and garnishments
Supporting payroll implementations, parallel testing, and go-live readiness
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Troubleshooting payroll discrepancies and resolving complex calculations
Partnering with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll operations
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Dayforce Payroll, supporting U.S. and/or Canadian payroll
Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance best practices
Experience with payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end processing
High attention to detail and ability to manage critical deadlines
Clear communication skills for explaining payroll issues to non-technical users
