They are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to operate as a trusted advisor to senior executives, managing the full revenue lifecycle from relationship development to closing deals.

Responsibilities
Build and manage senior-level relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and Executive Directors
Originate, qualify, and close new FaaS engagements
Conduct executive discovery and value-based sales conversations
Deliver compelling, outcome-oriented presentations
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline using HubSpot CRM
Partner with onboarding and delivery teams to ensure seamless client transitions
Contribute to strategic marketing and growth initiatives as a senior commercial voice
Qualification
Required
4-10+ years in banking, professional services, or financial SaaS sales
Proven success selling complex financial solutions to senior executives
Experience in long-cycle, consultative sales environments
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Preferred
Existing Rolodex in DC GovCon, Nonprofits, or Growth / PE-backed companies
Strong executive presence and credibility
Ability to translate financial complexity into strategic outcomes
Highly self-directed with disciplined pipeline ownership
