W3Global is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join their Quality team. In this role, you'll create and optimize CMM programs to ensure precision and compliance in the inspection of aerospace/manufactured parts, collaborating closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams.

Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CMMs (PC-DMIS required) for part inspections

Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to resolve inspection issues

Select and configure probes, fixtures, and tools for accurate measurements

Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve CMM programs

Document inspection results in compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards

Train and support operators/technicians on CMM operation and troubleshooting

Maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency in all inspection processes

Qualification

PC-DMISGD&TMechanical inspectionAS9100/ISO 9001Attention to detail

Required

Proficiency with PC-DMIS (required)

3+ years' experience in mechanical inspection or machining (required)

Strong knowledge of GD&T (ANSI Y14.5) and ability to interpret engineering drawings

Skilled in inspection tools: micrometers, indicators, gauges, height gauges, etc

Strong attention to detail and quality focus

Ability to Commute: Santa Ana, CA 92707 (Required)

Preferred

Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001 quality systems (preferred)

Technical or trade school education in mechanical inspection (preferred)
